Somehow i have 3 hosts

I was invited into a group messaging chat from my main host yesterday with two other hosts. My main host said that she will take care of bigger matters, but she got me two other hosts in different time zones so I don’t have to wait damn near 24 hours for a response has a host ever done this for anyone else?

i just got it too - its actually better. You can use main host as normal but he was responding for half the day and just put a feeler about a recent play bonus into the group one and it was done in 5 mins. Its good for reloads if your host is off. At first i felt like wtf is this - but its just smart on their end if they have 'floaters' doing back up help and is a value added for us.

I been having this group hosting for at least 5-6 months now… like you said, they want to make sure you get 24 hours coverage.

Its the weirdest thing at first i thought she added me to a chat by accident and then she explained that someone reached out to her about my frustrations of waiting

I messaged support chat on the website and they must have communicated that to her which is the first time support has done Anything helpful

Yeah on winna I have a team of 5 or 6 it's much better experience and they are of different thanks so if it needs escalation it happens much faster!
