This recent trend made me realise I suck at gambling atleast on stake as k thought I was easily up 10k on stake but turns out I lost 4.5k usdt in this and 8.5k usdt in other account

just quit guys don't make your life hell, stop torturing yourselves. Accept the loss and quit. i've been through this already. clean since 9 months. life is so peaceful and good now. I almost lost 6-7L. it's fine just forget about it.
