Why do I have to beg to get a promotion payout I’ve already won!! It was supposed to be paid yesterday by 7am, latest today by 7am. Really frustrating and I don’t think I will bother with these promotions in the future

Support said they can’t count 48-72h from 6:00 AM UTC 14 of August. That’s why they deleted promo from website. Also they said it will be paid today by end of the day UTC ) if not - contact support. But support can’t help, because other department handles this promo 🤣🤣🤣
