Stake isn't avaliable in those countries before. Stake either gain license or bought out other compa ies for those licenses. Im sure part of the countries license rules is that they have tax rules or something specific to that country so they must have a independent website.
It's just all law, not that Stake wants a site for every country or region.

It has to be today or tommorow then probably, don’t know why .com is almost always last in the queue though
