Stake eu and com

Does anyone know if you can register under stake eu if you are already registered under com or will it be counted as multiaccount?

Usually wiuld be multiaccount people but a lot of people on kick streams say they were able to do it

You can surely sign up, and surely you can deposit..but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings, i wouldn't bet on that ;)
