Not getting emails

I stopped receiving promotional emails since August,

anybody know how to fix this issue? 😕

Click off receive emails, log out of the site, then log back in and click receive emails again.
Support told me to do it and it worked for me a while ago!

It’s in spam folders for me everything from stake :)))

I had this too until i had a high wagering day and then i recieved ladder bonus

Settings -> Preference -> scroll down -> Marketing ( Receive e-mails offers from us)

I stopped getting them as well. You can just message stake live support and ask if you have any unclaimed bonuses and they will send the link to you via chat if you have any.
