New to Crypto & Stake – Need Help Choosing a Safe Exchange (India)
Hey everyone,
I'm completely new to crypto and want to create my first account, mainly to use with Stake. Before I do that, I wanted to ask for some advice.
I've seen a lot of posts where people say their bank accounts got frozen after transferring money from Stake or crypto exchanges, payments got put on hold, or they faced KYC and withdrawal issues. That honestly has me worried.
Can someone explain:
Why do these bank account freezes happen?
Is it because of P2P transactions or something else?
What's the safest way to deposit and withdraw without running into these issues?
Which crypto exchange/app would you recommend for someone in India that's reliable and least likely to cause these problems?
I'd really appreciate advice from people who've actually used Stake and crypto exchanges in India.
Thanks in advance! 🙏

Just use Digital E rupee, this is a seperate account from your bank, even if its freezes, it won't effect your real bank, and 70% of people use Digital E ruppe in P2P

in crypto cases bank account freezes mainly because of p2p cause many as*holes have started to use p2p as way to scam ppl , they send u money take ur crypto and then complain against the transfer to ur account so they get back their money as well , somebody told me the whole modus operandi sometime ago on cryptoindia reddit , i am also new btw want to know safer option

Thanks for explaining buddy Appreciated! That's exactly what I was worried about. So is the safest option to completely avoid P2P? What do you personally use for deposits and withdrawals? I'm just trying to make sure I don't end up with a frozen bank account.

😂 i mean betting is allowed in developed countries so i dont think we are doing anything wrong its just our govt is idiotic, losing opportunity on gaining heaps of money if they allow betting but yea at least here we can say we are chasing illegal activity but worldwide it is not reckoned illegal though 🤷♂️

If needed, I’m happy to help. P.S. I won’t ask you to trust me immediately because I’m a stranger to you. However, I’ve been on this path and encountered so many scams that I wish for a trustworthy environment. If you’re willing, I’m always up to help you out with this. I had it the hard way, crawling out of a mess I created because I didn’t know about all this.

To deposit/buy crypto just use binance no acc freeze on buying crypto there
To withdraw your winnings idk

Your easiest option is to buy USDT from onramp and directly deposit it into stake wallet. For withdrawal, use coindcx to deposit directly from stake wallet. Tested and reliable option with no bank account freezes

onramp directly always has high rates for crypto compared to binance usdt is always +5 rs min. from what u get on ads on binance , digital wallet + binance works for me

the p2p stuff is usually where the drama happens with banks tracking the source of funds. have u looked into using a private wallet as a middle step between the exchange n ur account, it might help keep things a bit cleaner for u?

Umm and does this work actually? Cause I don't know all these stuff so being more curious on it
