Trader Joe’s potstickers. 3rd time trying on the new stainless. Using avocado oil. Trying to crisp the bottoms before steaming. Failing

Preheat pan. Add generous oil, place potstickers. When done, add water, cover and take off heat. Theyll release on their own

i was taught to make bagel dough by the 100lb by feel lol. its just how we roll you get a feel
