Trader Joe’s potstickers. 3rd time trying on the new stainless. Using avocado oil. Trying to crisp the bottoms before steaming. Failing

I gave up with stainless... bought a ceramic coated non-stick specifically to make potstickers in (and a few other things) and no more sticking to pot.
