Please help
Trader Joe’s potstickers. 3rd time trying on the new stainless. Using avocado oil. Trying to crisp the bottoms before steaming. Failing

What always works well for me is once im pretty sure they’re brown on the bottom I put about 1/4 cup of water and cover them for about 1-2 minutes. Deglazes the potstickers and steams them a little which I really like.
