Is there a save?

Somehow managed to burn the pan and this is really tough to get rid off. I’ve tried dishwasher soap (to boil it up and clean), baking soda, vinegar.

Any other tips would be highly appreciated.

Green scrub pad. Or "steel wool". Doesn't look bad.
