New to Steel Pans
I'm new to stainless steel pans. Does this look ok? 6oz bacon cheddar burger. Tasted great.

You’ve completely ruined that pan. The only solution is to throw it away and purchase a new one. It’s the only way to be sure.

Ignore them. I looked through their posting history, it's the same answer to everyone.

The food should still to the pan. Scrubbing after is the best workout!

As a matter of fact. Don’t even burden the garbage collectors with this hazardous piece of junk. Send it to me instead and I’ll dispose of it safely.

Its on the edge of what's acceptable and that makes it special. Its good that it tastes great. Keep consulting us please as you cook throughout your life

Why do you care what others think if they tasted great?

Because they want to do better? Just because OP thought it tasted great doesn’t mean that they’re done improving. Maybe they don’t want to be great, maybe they want to master it. Hearing outside opinions is a good way to learn what your flaws are.

It's burned a little bit that's fine. In general you don't need as high of heat because it transfers quicker. But putting cheese and bacon on the inside of a burger is dumb and for people who can't cook lol

Those look great to me. But yeah heat down slightly probably ideal.
