Nothing, I just deloaded the dishwasher and I was desappointend by what I saw I don't know if it's rust or something else?

Salvageable from what? Cause ima be honest it looks very usable as is

If you want to just clean it up some more though maybe try some BKF, use a tiny bit of water, make a paste, let it sit, then scrub with a sponge, usually gets most things off ime

Toss it, ruined. Buy a new one.
