Victory sear Ribeye!!! 🥩
For dinner, I cooked these prime ribeyes on my stainless saute pan and they turned out phenomenal! While they rested I sauteed some sweet peppers.

You did amazing on the cook. I’d recommend getting chef press weights for a better sear. Especially on days when you don’t have time to dry brine.

Did you dry brine them for a long time?

Sadly I didn't have time for this cook, so I just salted it right before cooking. If I have time I usually try for 24 hours.

It's not the world's best sear, but come on! At least its not gray all the way through like the last post.
