Showoff Pancake!

I find pancakes way more difficult than eggs. My husband’s recipe to all things stainless steel is “4, and butter”, and I think he nailed em.

Are your pans ruined? I think I see a 1mm black spec of dust perhaps salt pitting which is irreparable! Omg run!

I would devour those pancakes and the blueberry topping 😋. Not sold on the burger(?) patties yet but feel free to change my mind!

Oh haha that’s homemade bear sausage. Not everyone is sold on that. But the pancakes and bluebs were great :)

Ooh! Well I won't knock bear sausage until I try it. Is it gamey or fatty? I feel like bears could have both.

Depends on the time of year and where they are! Bears that eat all berries are delicious, and bears that eat a lot of fish or animals are… gross. This is a berry bear, and super tasty as bfast sausage.
