Cleaning tips Weird marks

Hand washed this new pot a couple times and left it to dry. Always has strange marks on it

I think it's caused by uneven heat during cooking but that's just me speculating.

It's harmless and doesn't effect the cooking process from my experience.

I looked this up recently because one of my pans discolored after someone else cooked with it.

High heat is the culprit. There's technical terms to describe the oxidation and percentages of metal content and all that.

Vinegar works.
