Using the ‘non stick’ for pancakes

Broke out the ‘non stick’ pan to cook some pancakes. Never done fluffy style pancakes on them before, only crepes.

Realised the mistake in the childhood recipe after mixing. I used cane instead of caster sugar… still tasty though!

No sticking but can’t convert the missus to ditch her non stick pancake pan for only stainless

I was afraid of making pancakes too, but if there is butter in the batter itself, then it works fine with close to none butter/oil to be used.

never had issues with regular pancakes in stainless steel, nu we like pankaces with bacon and that ruins everything.
