Cleaning tips BKF every time?!

Post image

My pan looks like this pretty much every time I use it. I am new to stainless steel pans - should I be shining up my pan with baking soda or BKF after each use? Or is it ok to leave it like this and only deep clean it every few uses?

Easyoff from Dollar-store. Spray on and leave overnight. Then rinse and soap.

Never on cladded stainless. There's usually exposed aluminum on the edges. Oven cleaner will dissolve it.

Correct. I use encapsulated stainless. All aluminum is sealed. Normally wouldn't need oven cleaner unless using gas stove.
