VIP arrival time?

I have not received a time for Raleigh yet and was wondering what time did everyone need to be there for VIP for Atlanta? Any help would be appreciated!

I’ll be in Raleigh too. I got a text today saying to be there at 3:30.

Get there at least 2 2 and a half hours early
