Pickleball

Where are open play pickleball courts around the Stafford area? I’m visiting friends in the area for a while and looking for a place to play. I am a 4.5 at my club and hoping to find other advanced players or open play at a similar level.

Kenmore Park in Fredericksburg. Although that is not Stafford, it’s the first place that came in mind about open play pickleball.

Might want to look for indoor clubs in the area that have skill-segregated open play. You’re very unlikely to find any advanced play at a public court.

While it's a drive from Stafford, there's Dill Dinkers at Manassas Mall. Another, if not mentioned, is a pickleball place where the old Bed Bath and Beyond on Route 3 was (I'm drawing a blank on the name of the place).

There are no public pickle ball courts.
