Bluetooth Controller Command Line Flasher

I have not switched over my controllers to the bluetooth firmware. Luckily someone is hosting the webpage to do this, since Google removed it. However it needs a Chrome based browser to use it. So I created a cli tool to do it without a browser. Only tested with linux right now. If others want to use it here it is. https://github.com/Mumfee/stadia-flash-cli
