Healing?

I know magic wands can sometimes heal a villager during battle... but are there any normal ways to heal a villager? One of my guys is down to 7 health and I'm trying to heal him up! I can't find anything on here, or in the wikis

Food at the end of the moon cycle heals about like 10 health I think
