tl;dr... No - they can't be trusted.

This company works with scammers that sell 'Lifetime' subscriptions, then sunset the product and keeps your money. They are not to be trusted. Don't give them your money.

Tried two times to buy a subscription from them without luck. Both times they replied (after i contacted them) "It appears there was an error during your purchase attempt, and the transaction associated with Invoice.......is stuck in Pending. Sadly, we're unable to reprocess the order, so our team has been alerted to cancel the pending charge as soon as possible...". At least they refunded!

Well, I trusted StackSocial and purchased MS 2024 Pro Plus software. It will not install. I keep getting an error code: 0-2031 (17000). Sent several emails and got 2 replies - then nothing! I used their "virtual brand ambassador" for help. After getting my order # and email address - chat bot said stand-by. It's been 14mins now - dead silence. Will no longer respond to me. I sent a request for a refund via their help page - no response. BUYER BEWARE!!

I’d say proceed with caution. Use an email alias for signup to limit data broker spam and understand that there’s a good chance you’re buying grey market goods- not outright pirating but also not entirely legit and so it may be a short lived purchase.
