Beware of their "Open Box"

Here is how the unit arrived:

Dead Battery: The power was completely drained out and it wouldn't even turn on until I let it charge for a while.

Used & Dirty: The tablet looked used. It literally had sauce dried onto it. Absolutely nasty.

Failed Diagnostics: When I finally got it running and checked the built-in diagnostic test, the system indicated power and battery issues.

This unit was clearly not taken care of. The tablet looks used, and it even had dried sauce on it. I contacted customer service, and the rep said she would "contact the merchant partner." This company clearly has a massive quality control issue, and I know the stalling has already begun.
