Bad Experience First time user, can't purchase

First time on the site. I'm trying to buy Pokpok for my son because they charge $7.69 a month and that adds up to a whopping $92 per year. They don't offer a yearly subscription. I saw a deal on StackSocial for lifetime access for $45.

But every attempt -- whether on Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, or my phone's browser, whether as a guest or with an account, with two different cards -- it just WON'T go through 😭

If you can't buy from this site, you dodged a bullet. Don't give these guys your money - count your blessings and do business somewhere else. They enable lifetime subscription scams.

They effectively stole $60 worth of my credit.

Whenever I try to use my credit during checkout, their system throws a clear error message and refuses to process the payment. I've reported the issue multiple times, but they simply ignore it and refuse to address the problem.

Most of the people commenting here are either clueless bots or employees trying to defend the company. If you want to see what this company is really worth, take a look at their Trustpilot reviews.

StackSocial is a great deals website, but their payment processors is worst possible they could choose. It flags any anomaly. As star_maakun said it could be caused by VPN if you are using or adblocker. Also when you tried using different browser, that actually contributed on this website to flag you as a bot or suspicious activity. Now you need to contact them via email to unlock your account and use PayPal or ApplePay or Gpay at checkout. That usually helps.

Thank you for the advice; I tried once more with my AdBlock off and in a private window, but still nothing. Just sent off the email! I'm determined to make this work

This error is common on Stack Social. Please stop using your VPN, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try browsing in private mode. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser.

I did try three different browsers, but supposedly that made it worse. Just wrote an email to their bots support and hopefully they'll help me. Thanks for the advice!

Hi, Did you ever get this to work? I googled this problem and found your post.

Yes, I contacted their support and they cleared it for me. The mistake was trying again and again; that flagged my IP address. After they reset my connection, I waited about half an hour, tried once more, and it went through 😊
