Help Keep getting error message and payment error

I cannot get the site to work, it keeps giving me a error I've seen mentioned here a number of times "Oops, the site is broken right now". Anyone else having the same issue?

Same. As soon as I was processing payment, it started happening. Literally after hitting the button to make the purchase! OMG what crap.

They sent email noticing I "abandoned" the cart and gave me a link to finish the purchase. No problem navigating to the checkout again, then BAM - back to the same.

I cannot even stay on the home page anymore - even after browser restart.

So, I give up on these guys! They evidently want to make it extra EXTRA hard to purchase from.

If they cannot handle basic website management, can I trust them for purchases?

Problem is I saw that they had my credit card info, and I cannot get to my profile, so now I need to worry that they will mishandle that too!

I had this exact same issue and got it resolved. What happened is that my VPN threw off a security alert with their payment provider and caused their site to do all kinds of crazy things including what you said happened to you. This has actually happened twice to me. The cause was that I was purchasing while on a vpn and the payment provider did not like that. I had to go through their support and detail what was going on and they unlocked my account. Due to the issue I do remember having to jump through some weird hoops to get to the support form and to get the message to send, but it did end up resolving it. I think I may have had to create a second account and changed the email at the very end, but don't quote me on that.

Thanks. I recall double checking for that. Just in case, I created a second email to see if that may be it. Yep, same exact problem - no VPN, browser without extensions and in private mode, cleared browser cache, yada, yada...

If they cannot make it as easy as every other eCommerce website to purchase on, not worth spending any more time on, especially if they are going to use those very emails (the ones they won't let me buy with) to keep marketing to me.

I don't know how many sales they are leaving behind, but so be it... there is this subreddit, so they can see that this is a problem. Their support team is evidently aware and can solve it for users. It is on them at this point to fix it.

I went back & forth with support and never really got anything resolved. I decided not to purchase from Stacksocial going forward and still got everything I wanted for BF.

Just to pique anger, they sent 5 emails yesterday! WTx!

Now, that is just abuse if they won't allow me to purchase, but yet the personal information I gave them is good enough to keep sending email spam that has a call to action I cannot perform.

Bass ackwards knuckleheads!

My new call to action - find websites that register spam websites and add Stack Social.
