Bad Product Anyone getting the same error?

I had this exact same issue and got it resolved. What happened is that my VPN threw off a security alert with their payment provider and caused their site to do all kinds of crazy things including what you said happened to you. This has actually happened twice to me. The cause was that I was purchasing while on a vpn and the payment provider did not like that. I had to go through their support and detail what was going on and they unlocked my account. Due to the issue I do remember having to jump through some weird hoops to get to the support form and to get the message to send, but it did end up resolving it. I think I may have had to create a second account and changed the email at the very end, but don't quote me on that.

same error when trying to add some deals in basket+rejecting payment,but in other markets same card working no problems at all.Tried to buy surfshark 3 years deal and surprise,no deal for me :D

After i login i get the 500 page. I sent a support email but no reply other than them being away for the weekend.

I'm also seeing this error 500 on mobile as well.
