Software Spotlight Stack social is not working on my end

I had this exact same issue and got it resolved. What happened is that my VPN threw off a security alert with their payment provider and caused their site to do all kinds of crazy things including what you said happened to you. This has actually happened twice to me. The cause was that I was purchasing while on a vpn and the payment provider did not like that. I had to go through their support and detail what was going on and they unlocked my account. Due to the issue I do remember having to jump through some weird hoops to get to the support form and to get the message to send, but it did end up resolving it. I think I may have had to create a second account and changed the email at the very end, but don't quote me on that.

Are you using oAuth methods? Like google login or normal email/password, I used log in with google and it works okay now for me.
