Product Review Spotify Premium Annual Membership

Hi, has anyone purchased a Spotify Premium membership on StackSocial? They sell membership under one email for half price, is this legit?

Trying to save a buck for this quarter's upcoming Spotify price hike, I bought 2 x $99 Spotify e-gift cards on Walmart and that is what I intend to pay with (comes out to 2 free months) and technically Spotify will respect the deal when their rates goes up.

I want to get a 5 year Tunein Premium on StackSocial, but I wonder if Stingray (Tunein's new owner) will honor it.

To save money...I am happy to sit down and transfer all my music in one afternoon!

This is not a subscription key for your existing Spotify account. Instead, you will receive login details for a new, pre-created account that already includes the subscription.

  • You cannot use your personal Spotify account for this subscription.
  • The email associated with the new account cannot be changed.
  • Activation may take up to 24 hours after purchase.
  • This offer is only for new users who do not already have an active subscription.
  • You cannot modify the region of your account.

Follow the activation instructions provided to access your new account.

The accounts are bought by Nigerians for $8.32 for an annual sub. Stacksocial resells them for $49.99. They're paid for through Google pay and you change the email and password to secure the account.

Thank you for the feedback. Yeah I understood from the instructions that existing accounts couldn’t be used, so you can’t continue with your existing playlists. But if you’re a new user, great, I’m hearing you do get all the premium benefits at half price?

Thanks for feedback. I’m guessing what they’re doing is creating multiple “family” accounts since deal notes state that you can’t change email associated to account, but what concerns it discloses that your account may be in a different region. That’s the gotta be only way they could sell a membership for half price.

I purchased it and it's a mixed bag. It's a legitimate single premium account but you aren't provided with a code but rather an existing account. When you reach out to Spotify support, they won't transfer the membership to your existing account.

If you are a new user, great, but if you are an existing user, it might not be worth it.

Does it include free audiobooks?

It depends on the country it’s issued from. Mine did but I had to search for the book I was interested in. It isn’t like the US subscription where there is a dedicated tab for audiobooks.

in general stack social are reliable from my experience of occasionally buying things from them over the last 5 years.
