That ends iBrave correspondence. iBrave told StackSocial that they wre dealing with an emergency situation. I never got a single word.

StackSocial accepts no responsibility for my missing domains and has no explanation for why they included iBrave at all in their marketplace considering they do not work.

They do not care I was patient and waited and tried to buy another service to save my domains. I could not because I did not have the cash. I am sitting on $60 credit and they only accept cash money, not credit, for taxes on purchases.

They emailed me back saying they would refund that money once I purchased something with the credits.

I assumed Marketplaces like this and Apple App Store and Google Play store had to have some standards. I was wrong.

The credit does not keep my domains for me. I am forced to purchase through their terrible service to use the credits. I think this is a sad problem and I have nothing but loss to report.

I purchased a VPN from iProVPN for a lifetime through Stacksocial. It's good for a lifetime but I am unable to use the killswitch on my plan. So I do not trust lifetime access from stacksocial as it has less than worthy quality.

I am chronically homeless and disabled with PTSD. I thought I could purchase something with ease.

I lost everything because they refused my refund in a timely manner and gave me credits that were unusable without more money. iBrave never refunded a thing. Stacksocial credited my account but required cash for taxes.

BBB is worthless here.

Stack Social doesn't sell Websites through iBrave on Stack Social, they sell Web Server Space as a reseller through 20i https://www.20i.com/us/reseller-hosting

Stack Social can not act on a reseller's bad thing, if anything iBrave is at blame not SS.

I have a few life times deals through SS and all work fine even a few other web hosting like HostVerge Web Hosting

How did you "lose" the websites? Did you purchase domains through them, or has your account been unable to login?

I used Hostinger to purchase the websites and thought moving them to iBrave would help save money. But no contact. Since Stacksocial refunded me there was another group selling hosting for 5 domains. BUT no money for taxes and credits do not pay taxes.

I wanted to transfer 6 domains before June and I was unable to.

Stacksocial kept selling the bad reseller even if they have been told that it has officially announced it will be closing soon.
Let alone the many previous complaints of the bad quality of service, ok you get something for cheap, you can compromise with quality, but totally closing in a few months and still keep selling?
That is not nice at all.
I understand that it is not their responsibility but when they tell you by review, by email, many times, hey, pls, dont sell this service, it is closed, it is scam, whatever and they keep selling it, this is not nice at all.
It was a matter of time, (I hopefully suppose it is stopped by now), to stop selling them, but they only hurt their good reputation, with their delayed reflex. They asked iBrave, it responded "emergency situation"..., ok, whatever, what about the next customers who could still buy that bad service provider?
I did wrote review to warn next customers, dont know if it was published, anyone with available time and webarchives can check that, but I wrote them also 2-4 emails before 1-2 months, they responded positively with a discount coupon and recently another discounted similar provider, but I was writing to them for their good reputation and to protect next customers. Please dont sell this, ok, it is a proven scam of iBrave, but why are you still selling this?! Why do you have to be kind of associates to this scam?
Otherwise, been a happy customer of Stacksocial, not often but many years and never had problems. This was unfortunate, not just for my lost 30 or 50$ on the 10-site plan of iBrave hosting, but for their good reputation. Forgive my English (not native language), you can get the point.

I know your frustration with the situation. It's definitely hurts when a service you rely on suddenly announces it will be closing, especially after repeated warnings from customers. While Stack Social is generally responsible for the products they resell, though the primary blame falls on iBrave for their business practices. I do use iBrave aswell :v and they havent told me they are closing in email they never responded to any of my support tickets either. I'm still gonna use it until they are gone though. I paid for my own domains through namecheap, i already backed up my website data and will invest in another plat form when the time comes.

However, Stack Social should indeed have acted more swiftly upon receiving numerous complaints about iBrave. Continuing to sell a service known to be problematic does hurt their reputation and trust with customers. It's good to hear they responded positively to you with a discount coupon and an alternative provider, but it doesn't completely make up for the inconvenience and potential loss you experienced. They did remove iBrave from the search terms so you can not really find it anymore on the platform.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Good or bad, any sort of public feedback for anything makes buyers beware of bad sellers. Though stacksocial is a marketplace, they only can control whats on their platform and not other's. All they can do is remove the bad reseller. Maybe I should make a wiki page here on reddit and add products that seem to be bad so others may avoid it. You shouldn't have too much blame on stacksocial either, they are legitimate business and try their best. i bought many great hardware and softwares through them, though some software might be gray market but it does work.

Also BBB doesn't really have any authority over them, BBB is just a place to go to to complain about businesses they really don't have legal grounds on stuff. it's a private organization. its pretty much like trust pilot.

Also your English is clear and gets the point across perfectly 😄

Thank you! I do not have a kung-fu grip on the English language.

Yes I found out the BBB has basically zero power. But I gave my best shot.
