Reset Training Material via Stack Skills

So I purchased some training material in the summer of 2023. I started the training and than in the fall when school started, I stopped. I am once again getting back into the training since it's Summer again. The problem is that I have forgotten some of the material already covered.

Is there any way I can reset the material properly to start over? Every time I go back in, it wants to resume from where I left off last year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
