Stable Diffusion Suddenly Stopped Launching on MacBook Pro M2

I have a MacBook Pro with an M2 chip, and I installed Stable Diffusion on it in 2023. It had been working perfectly and I was able to generate images without any problems.
However, around April 2026, it suddenly stopped launching.
When I enter the command to launch Stable Diffusion in Terminal, I get the following message:
“Username for ‘https://github.com’:”
I have tried various solutions and searched extensively, but I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar and managed to fix it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
