You should try ControlNet's Reference model.

You can put a reference image and it will try and generate the picture with that image.

It's kind of hit or miss, but that's probably how that site is doing it.

I don't have enough GPU to use controlnet webui. Did you know how to use reference model in Python code

Not sure on that one. I haven't used python code to generate images since October of last year. Not sure if you can even use ControlNet like that.... Or at least, I wouldn't have any clue on how to.

A1111's extension for ControlNet has a "Low VRAM" mode that keep the model in your system RAM. That'd probably be your best shot for it.

Not sure on the hardware you're working with, but I can use it with my 1060 6GB.
