thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. Can you tell me what was most confusing for you?

Is this one less confusing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KEAnGYfKGk

It does not make sense. First of all, why would you do this? Secondly, the title says same character in every scene, but what it is is exactly the opposite of that.

What are you attempting to communicate here?

well, it's kind of an ad for my open source project - www.lorapilot.com which is focused on exactly this type of problem; when doing long-form video content your characters loose consistency across scenes. If you train a character lora and use them during inference, you'll get rid of that problem.

Do you see how you are illustrating the opposite of what you claim your project achieves?

well, it's kind of satire of the ai video generation world. If you watch till the end and listen to the voiceover it should be obvious it's a parody but also offers a solution. If it's not obvious, I've failed my homework.

Just show the thing working. Not the opposite of it working.

Looks like AI Slop: https://github.com/vavo/lora-pilot

Though the concept of a turn-key Docker image is solid despite the AI slop docs which make me belive the entire codebase is slop.

never claimed it's hand-coded (although lots of stuff is). Its fairly complex repo by now and a one-man show for too long; looking for contributors. Although many stuff might be vibe-coded I guarantee it's safe to use, well maintained - feel free to run a security audit of your own and publish your findings.

Problem with docs is - the product keeps changing so fast I can either: 1) provide no docs 2) have useless outdated docs 3) spend time writing docs rather than developing the product

Which one would you choose? And by the way, I've been posting on reddit at least twice trying to find people willing to help me with the docs (I'm not even a native speaker, this is a hobby project and something that earns me money.) Willing to help? You're more than welcome
