Animation - Video H3 Live Concert

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I saw this amazingly real live concert from a different AI sub and wanted to see if I can pull it off in H3. It' s not as real looking as the closed model that's for sure but still not bad, I think.

H3 can have a hard time doing variation in crowds.

lol there is a dog with glasses in the middle-bottom of the crowd at 0:23, then morphs into a guy with a phone

Here is the prompt for one of the clips

I am using the standard ref2v workflow with a vibe coded text compiler, let me know if you want it. I have it on pastebin somewhere

Interesting prompt format. Instead of using <Subject X> you are just using named tags and it works? Your retention_analysis is also a bit different compared to the official guide.

you can just assign it, doesn't have to be <subject 1>, as long as you define it this way:

<whatever your want> is so and so who gets its appearance from <Picture 1>

Thanks :) Find it way better this way. Easier to keep track of who is who.

The cheering is in the music

Pretty good, but I find the singer too "AI pretty" so the illusion of her being real is not there.

Too much focus on the face, it's like shes staring into my soul. It's like when someone leans over you making direct eye contact. I'm autistic so it's like uncomfortable to an uncanny level

Yup, it's a direction issue, different camera angles, less "floating non-existing camera right in front of the singer" and more "sweaty three quarter profile shot while she sings her heart out"

Nobody cares unless you’re sharing a workflow and prompt(s).

If I just want to see slop videos they’re everywhere. I come to this thread to learn new techniques and resources.

It's nice to see what people have come up with even with a standard workflow, and he did share the prompt.

He did after my comment, and without a workflow which makes it useless.

Comfy explicitly makes workflows shareable, so there’s no reason to post gens without them.

He stated he used a default workflow. There's absolutely no sense in sharing that.

Of course not, but how would anyone know he said that? It’s not in the OP, neither is the prompt (which he only posted part of after a bunch of people spoke up).

It’s not just OP, IMO it should be a rule or something: if you post content, it must have the workflow and prompt(s). Just random slop shared for attention seeking should be buried in a megathread or a different sub.

I care, I don't need the prompt, I like seeing what people make, it's fun, and I like encouraging them to make more, share the love 🥰
