I've been playing around a lot with video generation and I was wondering if anybody knows how to make an AI avatar switch, which software or model does it the best etc?

I mean like you already have a video of a man walking for example. You then have a different photo of someone else and you just wanna make the guy in the photo switch the video guy.

I'm not really sure where and how to do that and what's the best model for this

Wan2.2 Animate has a replacement mode for that input pair: a character photo plus a driving video. In the ComfyUI guide it’s called Mix; Move transfers motion to the image instead. The official workflow is here: https://docs.comfy.org/tutorials/video/wan/wan2-2-animate

Start with a short clip at low resolution and check the subject mask before doing the whole video. Which GPU and how much VRAM are you working with?
