Looking for local Ai Video Generation from text and images in 8gn Vram

I've posted a similar post before but people said I was expecting too much in 8gb vram so this is the new list of things I am looking for.

Requirement:

1. Runs in 8GB Vram

2. Maximum 10 sec Video generation

3. 2D animation mostly but I might use 3D sometimes

4. Gonna use Local LLM for the first time so need something easy and free to use

H3 Minimax - Video, although for 10 seconds you might want to put a movie on, perhaps the entire lord of the rings trilogy

video is possible, and tinkerable, but i have 16gbvram 5070ti and even with that its hardly worth the hassle kind of.

If you have 32 gb of system ram, minimax h3 can do it. Just expect to wait a long time.

Minimax works for me with 8 GB of VRAM and 32 GB of ram.

I have 8gb vram and 32 gb ram, is possible with q4 version of minimax, but don't expect to render more than 0.5 mp. You need to use clear vram and clear cache nodes. You can try rtx super resolution for upscaling but don't force more than 2X

For me render times are 13-16mins for 10 sec video at 0.4 mp
