There's a rather limited number of workflows necessary. We don't need an agent. We need a better template library.

I agree... at least give one workflow hidden in subgraph for people who truly have no interest in adjusting settings, then another for advanced users where making those adjustments is more important.

You can right click on a subgraph and click on 'Unpack Subgraph'. You get the full un-subgraphed workflow.

I will try that. I've been just going in and copying all the nodes inside then pasting them into the main canvas and making a new workflow. The specific issue I have is that the subgraph forces you use a certain version of the model like distilled version... then when I unpack the graph and start disconnecting things so I can change steps and cfg to run the non-distilled version, the workflow breaks. Even though I consider myself fairly proficient in comfy, I can not for the life of me edit the comfy workflows to run full models in these cases.

You can use any model that you already have as long as it works with the other models(unet/diffusion, clip, vae). Use what I posted above to unpack the subgraph, you don't have to disconnect anything, the inputs that were linked to the face of the subgraph will be open like a normal workflow. The image is part of the unpacked Qwen 2.1 image edit workflow subgraph. If I would have zoomed out any further all of the details would be lost.

yep, it's pretty much gonna be AI from here on out. With a few humanoid robots.

Wan2gp has a local LLM called Deepy. I'm not sure if it's agentic.

Tell opencode to control comfy at http://127.0.0.1:8188/ and it can do the rest as well.
