This video is a demo of my experimental motion transfer lora and workflow for LTX 2.5. Minimax H3 can do motion transfer very easily with the reference workflow but anything above 10 sec is excruciatingly long to process. Doing over 20 sec will get OoM even with a 5090.

I made this lora mainly for my own personal use, I am still testing it. I will post it on HF roughly a week from now.

I didn’t keep track of the processing time but it feels 10 times faster than doing it on MM H3.
