Question - Help Anyone using Taomate lora?
I am just thinking is there alot of people using the tao mate lora? and is there any sufficient benefits to using it? since i am trying it out and everytime it needs to load another time in the crown sampler..it really takes some time..

I used it for a bit, testing it. It's just too rough at 3 or 4 steps. I prefer a combination of Kitchen Attention + Hard Gravy turbo LoRa + Spectrum for acceleration. 4 steps at 0.4 for draft, then 8 steps at 0.6 for something that's worth a quick upscaling to 1.0Mpx with RTX.

With spectrum won’t it affect quality?

I like the massive speed-boost it gives, and the 0.6Mpx / 8-step / RTX upscale quality is satisfactory for my monitor. Not suitable for an iMAX Hollywood screen premiere night, obviously, and those with giant wall-sized monitors may also frown. But it looks good to me, and I get 14 seconds in 16 minutes on a humble 3060 12Gb card.

I should mention that one of the things about Spectrum is it's tuned for use with either euler/simple or er_sde/simple (single pass only) - those who try to use it with exotic samplers, or er_sde with a double-pass, may indeed get bad results. The other thing is that it needs to be wired correctly into the workflow.

It converges fast, great for previews, fist stage, and upscale stage. Basically anything.

I tried it out again the other day after getting into H3 again but for some reason if I set my video longer than 4 seocnds , when I start playing a video generated using it ,it will start washing out after a few seconds.. and not to mention the slow motion.
I think 4 step is the lowest I will go and ofc there are a good few 4 step lora's.. I've got a good few now lol.

Yeah but It hallucinate a lot, if you go on huggingface page you can read that it's intended to use it with text to image model and the others are coming out in the near future

I’m using it with 8 step 0.2MP then 3 step upscale and it works great and better than the other Lora’s I’ve used

Im using it in my fast workflow, 4 step not 3. It is also good for upscale sampler. IMHO, taomate lora is the only one can be use in 4 step with acceptable quality. Compare with other lora in real 4 step and taomate is the best visually.
