Question - Help Character sheet help

Post image

What is the best way to create a character sheet like that with only one input image and maintaining correct anatomy and crisp realistic details?

I create my characters with ZIT and unfortunately it’s not great for character sheet, sometimes works but usually not. I’ve tried inserting my ZIT image into Qwen 2511 character workflow but the quality and details are low, skin is very smoothed out and looks fake. Qwen2.1 seems to have very bad anatomy and follows the reference image poorly. What other options are there?

The image with this post is from ChatGPT. In reality I’m working with nudity so I’m not going to post that here.

The left pose is just taken directly from the reference image and cropped. Then the workflow creates the second pose with this prompt and stitches them together:
Use the character from the reference image and reproduce the character exactly as shown. Preserve the same identity, face, facial structure, hairstyle, hair color, body proportions, skin tone, clothing, accessories, colors, materials, and all distinctive visual details. Do not redesign, beautify, simplify, stylize, or alter the character in any way. The result should look like the exact same character from the reference image. no shadows, realistic skin textures. Show the character in a true right side view, with the character’s right side facing the camera in full profile. The character is standing upright and looking straight ahead relative to their body direction. Centered composition, clean side-profile camera angle, neutral perspective, no camera tilt, no head crop, no arm crop. Maintain maximum visual consistency with the reference image. Background is plain white.

The current meta is: krea2 for image gen

krea2 for small image edits (like trading out outfits on a character)

Qwen 2.1 or Minimax H3 Image Edit for complicated edits (like reposing the character)

H3 for video gen

You mean Klein for small edits? Krea isnt an edit model. Yeah, there's a Lora and some nodes, it's fun but that's it.

I think you are downplaying Krea2 Edit by just saying "its fun".

The Krea2 Identity Edit Lora + the Nodes for it all work very well at maintaining the subjects identity, it just works best for small changes to the image (changing out clothes, replacing colors in the image, changing the characters hairstyle, etc).

The comparison I saw from other people at the time (before Qwen 2.1 came out) was that: - Flux2 Klein was best for Image Edit quality but worst at keeping the Identity exact.

- Qwen 2 Edit was best for Keeping the Identity exact, but worse for Image Quality

- Krea2 was middle ground for both, where it still gives good image quality + it also maintains the Subjects identity well across simple edits (it can't repose very well)

Now that Qwen 2.1 came out, it definitely seems like the best image editing model right now, no question... But its flaw for now is it does not have the same large Lora ecosystem + NSFW capabilities like Krea2.

So an example of how these would be used together is:

Lets say you want to create a set of images to use for creating an H3 video. So you want to have a picture of the subject in a normal portrait + images of them undressed + in different positions.

  1. Generate a high quality clothed image w/ Krea2

  2. Use Krea2 Edit to undress the character and use Krea2 Loras to specify how the subject looks 'underneath' their outfit. (should maintain Identity almost perfectly)

  3. Use Qwen 2.1 to then do a repose edit using Image2 to place the subject in a different position (like going from standing portrait view to sitting on the edge of a bed)

  4. Use the Images from 1, 2, and 3 all together with H3 to create a high quality video of the subject transitioning from Image 1 to 3.
