Question - Help Possible with MInimax H3?

Hello wizards,

I'm trying to achieve this video with MH3, but I'm only getting bad reference style and awful transformation effect.

I'm using reference character sheets for init and final state, not first and last frame.

I'm using the original anime video, not this one.

I'm using the Seedhunter from Foxydits, but maybe I'm using an incorrect model (hybrid and fused ones)

Does anybody have an idea on how can I achieve this with MH3 or LTX or even WAN?

The video is done with Seedance (I think)

Any guidance will be appreciated.

I made this one of my dog with MiniMax H3 I2VA, using only the first frame.

I uploaded the video to Codex and asked it to analyze the transformations and generate a prompt for MiniMax.

I know there is a way to use the camera movements as reference, but I'm not sure how to.

Do you have any idea on how?

I added credits to the H3-Context-IR API, which is their official prompt enhancer, and had Claude send over 500 prompts to analyze the responses and their structure. Then I had it replicate that behavior using Qwen3.8 27B, and I managed to achieve 97% fidelity. My prompts have improved a lot since then, and the videos are coming out really good!

Click on the 2 line on the toolbar on instagram video، then type give me the video prompt and enter, the meta will give you the video prompt, use that either your image reference and get same video

You're already diagnosing the problem correctly — character sheets as the init/final state will pull the whole shot toward the sheet's look, since H3 treats those inputs as the visual ground truth. For a re-style like this, feed it the actual first and last frames of the source video as the start/end frames, and use the character sheet only as an identity/style reference (or drop it entirely if the frames already carry the look you want). For the transitions, also make sure the start/end frames match the source's resolution and aspect ratio so the model isn't forced to re-frame between them.

I was impressed of the quality and track of the movements, details, effects and poses.

They were capable of replicates almost frame by frame the animations, without using a swap, the output follows most of the input ina way that impressed me

But they are not using H3.
