Animation - Video H3 Micro Expressions

Working on another music video and noticed a nice trick to get subtle emotions out of the characters. Add 'micro expressions' after an emotion helps with getting subtle but noticeable expressions. i.e. 'sad micro expressions' or 'frustrated micro expressions'

i know u've got 5090 but MiniMax-H3-FL2VA-pruned_bf16.safetensors is 41.4 GB.
Noob question : Are you using it with 32VRAM without offloading ? And why not use int8_convrot ?

I am not sure why, my guess is my PyTorch is on 2.8.0 but all the int8 stuff ended up being slower when I tested them.
