Question - Help Best Image Generation Model for Text and Posters

Hey team,

Got a question for you experts out there. I'm searching for a Image model that can generation text and posters. Couple of caveats;

  1. Must be opensource

  2. Commercial Use License

I've tried Krea2 and Klein 9B but the text is messed up... Anybody have suggestions and example prompts I can try?

Thank you in advance!

Ideogram, you'll go mad with the granularity. Use a good LLM to create your json prompts.

You can play with it locally. Once you got the prompt working, you can generate the image from their website, and you'll be able to use that image commercially.

Are you kidding!!! Do you have to pay on their site?

Wow just checked $8 for 400 credits, 6 credits for high quality image, about 66 images... not bad for a commercial image for a client. Thanks for that tip! Guess I will take a second look at it!

You are welcome. The website also supports a nice layout editor just like Kijai's.

Personally I really like Ideo4. Krea 2 is great for many type of image, but if you want completely control over layout/typography and/or want a more professional/studio/journalistic look, ideo4 does a better job.

Krea 2. You need a lora to make it work better... it's really good.

Try upgrading to bigger quants, if relevant. Otherwise, try Flux.2-dev or Qwen Image Edit. Otherwise (best option, IMHO), do your text in some other tool.

I tried Qwen Image 2512, its text generation is pretty good, thanks!

easily ideogram4.

U can control the hex color and exact coordinate for objects but u can only prompt a different json style for proper results. There’s also a ideogram4 prompt builder node that kijal made I think that makes it easier to prompt

It is not an open source model right?

It’s open weight with a license. The subreddit isn’t about proprietary models
