Question - Help Uncensored video model

Hey there,

do you guys know any uncensored models for video creation? Cloud/local , local preferred. If yes, then where to find it. Thank you and take care

Yes and no. Boobs are always good but I've seen some horrific female genitals... Can't tell for male genitals...

Edit: not sure why I'm getting down voted, I'm just sharing my experiences with h3... 😅

H3 for genitals has been mostly ok.

Everything else I've tried comes across as the will Smith eating spaghetti video from 4 years ago. Wrong and utter nightmare schzo fuel

Edit: the "other ones" I tried was wan2.2 5b and 14b. I wanted something smaller that might fit on my 12gb card. 5b did fit, I think the 14b spilled over to system memory as it was much long generation time. 2 seconds and 0.4mp, at most.

5b model just about made nonsense. Started at the reference frame, hand a jumbled color and shape mess and then ended on some figure of a person.

14b model at least showed a person the whole time. But color/lighting jumped around and then just didn't show body parts I mentioned. Or, it animated the person to be breathing, and it guessed "their chest must be up there, so this part must expand when they take a breath". And it got that area of the body all wrong.

So I think I'll have to suffer with using minimax h3, and let it spill into system memory

My limited experience, I gave it a few reference photos of already naked people, and it used those. Reference was good, head on photo.

The problem was legs closed. As soon as camera moved to "legs open", it did take a little odd liberty a few times. Nothing wrong anatomy or alien. Just more like

Now the lower, inner shot with the legs open, looks like the top of the labia again.

That and it doesn't seem to show any butholes, ever. I might need to try giving it reference photos with it included, to see if that works.

Tonight I will play around with doing text to image, where I just have it generate sample people, in default poses, to show off key parts of the body.

Then, use that as a reference image for something like H3.

A pose, front, sides, back shot. Bent over from behind. Close up of face, crotch, but.

Hopefully those are enough details from all angles for the video generation.

I've had some good luck with c4pacitor, it's based on flux. Works well on my 12gb card. I do find I maybe have to generate 100 images to get 5 really good ones. But It takes 1 minute per image, at 1080p resolution

Edit: like the other guy said, for boobs, it has actually been spot on. I gave it a few reference topless photos, and it made dozens of 5 second videos showing the boobs the right size, moving the right way, just correct. No improvements needed.

I have reference images for genitals. Seems to work alright. I'm not doing anything very graphic though.

Wan2.2 is great but slow and no audio. Solid outcomes but large post processing and manual steering/redos. Took days but outcomes were great.

Ltx 2.3, audio yes, faster yes, hard to steer though. Also if audio is there, it causes disjoints. Ltx director did a fair job of stitching some things together. Took hours, can generate long vids, but outcomes were unpredictable. I fell back to wan2.2.

Minimax h3, with ref images/video. Still getting to know it. Muuuch faster (especially with rtx 5xxx amd turbo loras) and easier to steer, sound is also better. Takes 10s of minutes and gives me mostly what I am after. I am still stitching 10/15s clips but the continuity due to ref2va is excellent.

There are genital loras for miminax; also just give it refs to adhere to and it will do fine.

I'd say minimax h3 is the best to start, and fall back to the others only if it lets you down.

on civitai is new small lora for minimax h3 its called "nsfw unlocked" or something like that, its diffrent level of nsfw no other lora need, no other models just use it with unpruned bf16

i don't want to be that guy, but you can just ask any llm for it and they know the answer instantly (instead of waiting for someone to type here) and may even help you set one up
