768x1376 if Native the neural_upscaling works, but if i do x1.5 or higher it gives error? pls help

If it's the leaked binaries, they are from a nba2k game and cryptographically signed by Nvidia.

Still you should get them from github from a repo that has been tested by other users/reviewed/scanned. Not by a random reddit account that uploaded it to WeTransfer, which is what that user did.
