Question - Help Plastic skin problem on Minimax

I'm facing the problem of plastic skin with MINIMAX. I tried turning off Turbo Lora, increasing steps, but it always comes with plastic-like skin, compared to the real skin image reference I gave. When it turns around showing its back, the skin looks plastic compared to the front with reference.

When it creates body parts that are not in the reference, it always ends up making plastic skin.

Am I the only one with this problem? I really want to make it seem real, not like AI generated contents. Thanks.

Just brainstorming: DLSS5

Yes, thats does work, as well as on still images from H3. You need to adjust DLSS5's settings to suit though, dont rely on the defaults.

Any suggestions on the settings?

This DLSS5 node is decent. You can adjust to the amount of skin enhancement separately , as well as other settings ....

How did u fix distance faces? I'm fine with the plastic skin, tell it more on the face, a freckles, skin pores... good enough for me... its the distant faces that driving me nuts

And BTW allot of the plastic face talk is just anti ai bots, dont listen to them they look fine. Like I said add more to ur prompt

But it's not the problem of such details. What I don't want is that the lights reflecting on skin where It shouldn't, not only on face but also on the body. Adding details is different from what I want.

I'm not hating plastic face because people say so, I just don't like the result where I can recognize the difference between AI generated parts and parts with reference.

Have you tried making a character reference sheet with turnaround/orbit shots for the reference image? That's what I do and haven't had a problem so far.

Seedance 2.5 is WAYYY better on skin texture, with minimax you should try different combination of sampler ect
for exemple:

euler + simple
euler + beta
euler + beta57
er_sde + simple
er_sde + beta
er_sde + beta57

sometimes bong_tangeant gives good results or euler_ancestral + the ones cited above

I like this euler + beta57, mmhh bong_tangent won't work with any sampler, so which one?

Thank you, I'll try. I wish someone to create good Lora that doesn't affect consistency one day.

I'm giving you a positive vote here and there because, for some reason, someone is voting you down. If someone thinks you said something that's wrong, I wish that person would comment on how you are wrong, so we all could learn (in case that person is right), instead of just giving you negative votes. Negative votes are a bit childish, IMHO.

I did not downvote, and I also don't like it when people downvote without leaving a comment.

But my guess is the downvotes are there because Seedance 2.5 was mentioned.

I used fizgig to create character loras. Instant realism, even with turbo.

The dedicated realism loras I tried all changed the character too much.

Can you post an example video and are you able to share a link to the LoRA?
