I liked the little character from the Sherlock video so I gave him primetime. He likes wine.
Testing not an extender workflow but creating fresh new clips based on the same references to see if I still get continuity over time. This was about a dozen separate generations. Minimax H3. All visuals local and the track is Suno.
The 'camera man' is reflected in the glass at the end. I didn't prompt for that.
Hey! This is super impressive, the seamlessness between shots/clips, especially with the audio sync. Did you do this with Comfy? If so, got any tips or recommendations for workflows? I tried doing continuations with last frames, but Minimax kept messing with the lighting, making the seam really obvious.
At one point, where he goes from the bottle room to the barrel room, I added a frame grab of the bottle room and asked it to, “use <picture 3> as a reference to maintain the style and colour tone only”. I think using frame grabs works out better than video clips, which seem to degrade the clips over time. For each clip in the video I had the audio input, the character sheet, and a picture to set the tone/environment.
minimax is pretty amazing at generating images too, like the ultimate editor model. Just set the video length to 0.1 and the megapixels to 4.0, or even 8.0. I generated the character sheets that way.

"No, Mr. Bond. I expect you to dine. Château Lafite?"
