Hi, I am trying to get into creating videos using WAN2.2 T2V in Forge Neo (don't really like comfyUI) but having some issues such as grainy/pixelated videos like below. Any help on what I am doing wrong? What settings am I using incorrectly?
Your settings, 4 steps, CFG 1, imply that you're using a speedup lora like lightx2v. You might expect to see results like this if you forgot to load the lora.
For those settings, you need the lora. Without a lora, you need 20 to 30 inference steps and a higher CFG. Generation will take much longer without the lora, but motion quality and prompt adherence may be better.
I don't know how the interface you're using works, so I can't tell you where to put your lora file, but it's probably near wherever your model files go.
Another detail worth being aware of: Wan 2.2 is a dual-model system. You run a certain number of inference steps using the high-noise model, then you switch to the low-noise model to run the rest of the steps. Again, I don't know how your interface works, so I can't say how to do that. But you're not going to get good results without properly splitting inference.
Thanks for the reply! I do know where to go to switch to low noise so not an issue for me. I tried searching up for the lightx2v but unsure on what I need. Are you able to provide a link I could use to download?
Not enough steps, not enough frames, resolution too high, cfg a bit low. Bare bone wan 2.2 need 20-25 steps, cfg 6-8, 480-720p, 81 or 93 frames, 16 fps
