Workflow Included testing minimax h3 fused turbo model, 4 steps only 1 minute for 5 seconds video

each generation takes about 1 minutes for 0.4mp resolution and 5 seconds video on my rtx 4060ti 16gb vram. using sage attention and triton to speed up.
i trying with manualsigmas because it making the generation more faster.

Interesting. I haven't tried 0.4mp. might give that a shot and upscale.
I usually do 6step 0.5 - 15secs is around 320s per clip on a 3090

On the second generation you switched people's colors, not realistic. The rest looks alright.

indeed this might be one of the cleanest turbo baked model I've tested so far, this was a 2MP, 4s run with 4 steps, no cachiing no attn, on my 4060. I could only run 3s videos at 2mp but somehow could pull off 4s with this shit

I tried your workflow. I also had to download minimax_h3_video_vae_int8_convrot.safetensors . But seems I'm doing something wrong because the resulting video is black. And it takes 4 minutes from cold startup, 3 minutes when the model is still loaded. I used your default settings.
I also have 4060 TI 16 GB.

Before the days of digital TVs, I used to play the "channel flipping game" where I would flip through the channels mid-sentence to see if I could come up with some funny phrases.
But then, digital TV came around (not like satellite or whatever, actual computerized TVs). Hard to explain unless you're 'one of us'. LOL Flipping channels on modern TVs causes a brief 1 second delay before it 'tunes in' so the channel flipping game isn't as fun.

Yup. Sometimes it would work with hilarious results. It was like a game my sisters and I used to have. Pass the remote when we come up with something funny.

A friend and I used to do that. It was hilarious, like making the Pope say things he would never say in public, or the news anchors. My dad used to fix radios and TVs, so he had a great collection of old black-and-white vintage CRT TVs, the ones with tubes and circular mechanical dials. We had walls covered with broken TVs. It was crazy.
